The quietest 70mm singles on the market right now are the Greddy SE and ASM. You can score one of the refurbished ASM 70s for about $1300. I think the SE is about $800.

Thanks Pete. I'm just starting to look into single exhausts so the suggestions are very helpful. I need to run something less restrictive from the header back.

Mike, go w/ the Greddy SE single. I saw one for about $550 the other day. It was a single. I don't know if the SE is restrictive at all or not. It seems like one of the best single exhausts on the market. I think I will be picking up one soon.

Happy birthday, by the way. So you really get vertigo/motion sickness that bad just from TV? Wow, it must be impossible for you to go on a road trip or plane, huh? That's tough to deal with man.

Now to decide on a front lip??? or exhaust???

I need someone to find me a 70em single on the cheap. I loved that exhaust. It was 100% the sound I was looking for.
There's definitely a lot of parts out on the market with little/no bites. Wheels seem to be the worst. I keep seeing all sorts of wheels that almost never came up in the past, and people are having to drop prices. I almost pulled the trigger on some RE30s, but realized it'd be near impossible for me to sell my current GT-Cs. It's definitely a time to pick what you like and stick with it. With my turbo purchase, the budget for extra parts is pretty much dried up. Now it is all about saving the modding money for maintenance. Gonna go with a new clutch/flywheel setup, get my rear fenders rolled, and probably get some new shocks. Nothing sexy... the car is pretty much done now.

Looking into it Jeebs, thanks. I like the sound of that one but this may take a little while. There is more out there than I thought and I'm not sure non-restrictive and fairly quiet is possible.

I'm lucky, somebody has just picked up my Konis so I won't have them sitting around anymore. I used to sell tons of parts and the current market is rough one.

As for my exhaust, I need to find a ap2 oem in shitty condition to have cut off behind the oem resonator and turned down slightly after. That should save some weight.

I can't wait to get my shocks on.

Gotuning got some great numbers out of the ASM 70. It's a true 70 all the way through. From my readings, the SE is a 70, then drops down to a 60. But that might only be the case for the dual. I love the ASM, cause it's the most subtle looking/sounding out there. Also, it has a Helmholtz resonator which is great for no drone.

Jeff, what shocks did you end up going with? I'm guessing cause you sold the Konis, you're not going the DA route?

BTW, anyone heading to C&C VB this Saturday?

Oh, I'm going the DA route just not with Koni, Moton Club Sports.

I might be able to do C&C this weekend.

Wow, very nice! Are these the Motons that come as a full coilover setup?
