pink pimpin, huh?from what i understand certain variables alter the light meter reading. glass curvature, cabin light, how high or low the fuzz clamps the gizmo on the window. so from what i hear they give a 6% leeway. which makes angel's 29% estimate spot on.

the threshold for tint is set @ 35%, but i let it go to about 29% at the max. not sure, but i think there's a leeway on it? (did i spell that correctly) haha. but yeah, being a vehicle safety inspector, i've measured windows @ 29%, and you really can't tell the difference from that of 35% film... yes, the tint law sucks, recon sucks, hawaii driving laws suck period! i feel that you pay for the car, you can do what you please w/it no?
