So I park my car is this park. I don't park away from anybody cause I try to blend in. Go in the bathroom and relieve myself. Guy in a mini-van backs into a stall next to where I'm parked at....he's parked awfully close to me. Not sure what that's about.

I wonder, cause there's open spaces much closer to the park. What would be the motive for this? I get my car and drive off...make a U turn 1/2 mile from the park, turn back and he's no longer there.

Very strange. Local looking guy in a Maroon Ford minivan. Had lot's junk in his car. Could be homeless... middle of the day, bright, ton's of people all over the place.

I dunno, first park on your left as you head towards Home Depot. Across the park is some State office building. Bathrooms were next to the parking lot. I haven't really explored Kapolei...this place is pretty well developed compared to the last time I really looked at this place because I was interested in buying a home there.

Ok, I know where you are talking about. And yes, the guy very well could have been homeless. I have seen more and more homeless folk around here after they started trying to "clean up" the beaches past Ko Olina. Wonder how long that will last before the suburbanites here raise hell...
