ok but your splitting the headlight i saw what it did to kent's fingers! ouch!!

 

I might split the headlight the day before and then drive my wifes beater to your house. I didn't get burnt since I had some thick leather gloves on but I kinda melted some of the plastic tabs, probably 4 total.

 

Anyone know how much it cost to powdercoat the inside of the light? Can someone recommend a shop?

 

i don't think the plastic can stand up to the heat of the powdercoating.

Taka, Ben said that the AP1's are easier to split than the AP2's.

 

I thought that the people that do paint the insert the matching color of there car have been using powdercoat. I could be wrong. I'll have to check.

You can spray to? LOL what else can you do to my lights? I was thinking about an 05 conversion... can you do that to my old lights too?
