Default Headlight Restoration

I was wondering if anyone could give me a hand at restoring one of my headlights. The right one is quite discolored. I know you can buy the kit for 25 at Walmart but I don't have a drill to use it. Would anyone be willing to lead a hand? I'll throw someone 20 dollars or a 12 pack of their liking.

Those sorts of applicators are just temporary...

Best way to restore them would be to sand them down have it clear coated then when you wax your car, wax your headlights too.

i just use a compound to fix my headlights when that happens. works well, lasts for quite a while too, lately its clear for a good 4 months before it yellows again, all done by hand too
