Ty gave me compounds (thank you, Ty!)
but my Harbor Freight jack got lost in the mail, and its replacement is still on its way. compounds will have to wait for the October event.
Mark - planning on going to Rallycross next week?

No jack? Ah, come on now. I've seen weaker excuses on this forum. I'm sure anyone at SCCA would be willing to lend you their jack (myself included).
I won't be going to next Saturday's rally-x because I will be going on vacation. I will try to make it to the next one. In the mean time, I'll be looking into finding a car to run. Right now it is looking like my mom's Tacoma or one that I can rent...uh, I mean borrow.

Congrats Elayne for being the fastest on street tires. Imagine if you ran your r comps.

I need more seat time with the street tires, though. It was an eye opener when I rode shotgun with John in last month's fun runs. (thanks, John)
Mark - did it feel better after adjusting your perches? I didn't see any lifting during your runs

Wow, the S2000 is a blast to drive! It was surprisingly very easy to control versus the other rwd cars I've driven before, Stephen's miata and Chris's supercharged mr2. I would've definitely been faster in the tC but I blame it on the stock tires as they are in pretty bad shape. I'll probably see if I can squeeze one more event out of them. Now I need to decide if I want to replace the tires on the stock wheels or just upgrade the wheels and tires.

Elayne-
Adjusting my perches helped a lot and the rear left still came up but not as high as before.
The rear right actually started coming up too although the course was counterclockwise so it didn't come up as much.
It was a move in the right direction but I need to cornerweight and align. Proper shocks wouldn't hurt either.
Did you see the vid I posted on FB?

I just saw your video... up it goes!
I need to cornerweight and align as well. I heard we can rent the scales from Curtis for $50/day or something like that
