Has anyone ever dealt with the Sony of Hawaii servicedepartment? They've had my 400-disc DVD changer there since mid-January and every time I call they're either waiting for parts or swamped or some other BS excuse. I can just picture my DVD changer sitting in some jerk-off's house that decided he needed to borrow it for a couple months.

Mine was damaged in the move here from the mainland. I think it'd be fine otherwise.
