Default Tony Group

Someone at Tony Group really messed up this time.

I traded my Accord in for my S about 3 months ago. Well when I traded it in they told me to bring them the stock springs and rims and they would give me back my Eibach springs and my RH rims back. After a week I got back the rims and springs. I was able to sell the rims and springs. I was so happy to sell them.

Well the person that I sold the springs to called me about a month after he bought the springs and said that I gave him some stock springs. I guess he finally tried to get them installed and when the installer put the front ones on he was like why are you swapping stock springs for stock springs.

I told him that was impossible unless Tony Group gave me back some stock springs. I personally couldn't tell the difference between eibach or stock Accord Springs because when I bought the Eibach springs I had them installed right away so I never really sat there and stared at them. So when I thought I got the eibach springs back from Tony Group I couldn't tell. I just took their word for it and was good with it.

Well I called tony group last week and they said that I should be getting an answer back from them on Monday. I told them that there is only two answers that I want to hear from them.
1) They will give me the money to buy this kid the springs that he thought he was going to get.
2) They find the springs that they were supposed to give to me.

Either way I'm going to be going to my legal office on Hickam and try and get them black listed from selling to military members.

Just thought that everyone would want to know how dishonest the people at Tony Group really are. That way everyone will think twice before buying from them.

damn dude that's some shady crap. how the hell you gonna try and pass stock springs as eibachs! i'm pretty sure eibach springs say "eibach" on them as well as having the spring rates. that sucks dude and i hope you can get this resolved quickly and painlessly. you're making me paranoid now as i just got my 30k service done there. i wonder if they managed to F anything up on that...

I know for sure that this is the last time I deal with them. I don't even think that it was Tony VW that did it, I'm sure it was somebody at Honda. I traded the cars in and bought the Used S through tony VW but Honda service was the one that was supposed to put my old used car back to stock height and then return the springs back to VW to return to me.

O well I guess I'll find out what type of people they really are later on today when they are supposed to have some answers for me.

I guess for Tony Groups used cars Tony VW/Honda/Nissan can sell each others used car. But when you get your maintenance done with them you have to go to the Honda place if you have a Honda. I'm guessing that one guy own's all three places and they want the service done by the manufacturer.

Well I talked to the people at my work about getting Tony Group on a blacklist so that military members would be banned from using them. But my boss said that its a long process and since I'm leaving here in a week she suggest that I take the amount of money that they said they would give me and be done with it.

I don't mind them giving me only half of what the springs cost which would be around $100.00 because thats how much I sold them to the other guy for. But the thing that gets me is that there saying that since it took me 3 months to find out that they didn't give me the right one that I should only get half the amount the springs were worth. I don't see how thats fair but I guess life isn't fair.

ok that seems kinda retarted to me. i dont get why honda cant just sell any hondas that get traded in to any of the other members of the tony group. in any event, that kinda sucks that you're only getting half back, but hey, at least you didnt get totally shafted. are you getting shipped out or just deployed?
