Dutch turbo
last weekend I made a plan with my tuner for installing the InlinePro turbo kit on my NFR Honda S2000. My NFR in 'The Gallery' forum
We are aiming for 1.5bar (approximately 450whp i think) with a very driveable car on 0.7 - 1 bar.
How do we think to do so?
- GT3076, 82 AR Ball bearing turbo
- low boost: 0.7 - 1.0 bar on normal 95 octane gass (europe) on 1 set of injectors.
- high boost on race gass (1.0 - 1.5 bar) on 2nd set of injectors
- lowering the compression with a 2mm gasket to 10:1
- dual fuelrail system, we are fixing the 4 extra injectors on the intake manifold
- AEM 1012
- AEM Peak Holder
- Extra fueltank for the race gass
- New clutch, Competition Ironman
I have some question though to know if we are going the right way:
1. Which injectors will we need for max 1.0 bar? 440cc ?
answer: 675cc apparently
2. Which injectors will we need for max 1.5 bar? 800cc ?
answer: 880cc should be enough
3. High boost will be running on C16 race gass (128 octane). Will 1.5 bar be safe with the compression of 10:1 ?
answer: hopefully Yes
6. Which fuelpump can I get for pumping the race gass from the back to the motor compartment? Walbro? Because the kit comes with a

with running that turbo you should only really need a set of 1000cc injectors for low and high boost. the 1000"s should support up to 550-600 safetly.
what kind of c16 are u planning on using? I believe its 117 octane not 123 you may be thinking of VP import

I need more injectors because of the race fuel. With the normal fuel I want low boost. When I flip a switch the GM boost solenoid will make it 1.5bar and add the 2nd set of injectors.
This way I hope the car will be more drivable. The smaller the injectors, the more precise the fuel management is. I'm getting a AEM Peak holder injector driver anyway but 1000cc would be overkill.
What's VP import? The only kind I know of we have in Holland is C12 and C16.

We're actually aiming at the 1.5bar (21psi) and see how much whp we get.
450whp would be nice.

Actually its 22.05 psi because 1 bar = 14.7psi
Only change on the motor will be the 2mm gasket.

your making this to complicated, you can make 450 so easy without all this crazy hassle your talking about, plus I don't think the gt30 is good for any more than 450whp and you only need 14 to 16psi to make that.
