Default Tie Bars/ strut bars needed if full rollcage?

There are X-braces, rear strut tie bars (upper and lower), front strut bars, etc......

I have a full 6 point welded in rollcage...would that have stiffened up the car enough to not need any of the aftermarket tie bars.... my thinking is that they will just add weight and really not provide any benefit.

there are 2 rollcage points in the back behind the gas tank, 2 behind the seats and 2 through the dash and basically 8" from the firewall.

thanks

Is there any benefit to any of them?

I think the car is fairly stiff to begin with, but with race tires, etc... i would imagine some bending.... i think my rollcage probably will keep the car from bending, so I would not benefit from the x-bars, strut bars, etc... i would imagine those just adding extra weight with no real benefit.?

I can attest that my 4 pt welded in bar that attaches to the frame at the rear shock towers has made no percievable difference w/ the rigity of my car.

I'll report on if I notice anything when I complete the cage in december.
