Well.... i really don't plan to use the cage anyway..

Around me (central PA), there really were not any cage builders. EFFECT paid about $1800 for his which is probably prettier than mine, but I only got billed $800. The guy had the car forever (6-8 weeks), but it didn't really matter... i don't have a trailer yet and it is not track ready yet anyway.

The guy who did build it mostly does this in his spare time, but mostly works on dirt / sprint cars (both engine and rollcages). He built an SCCA BMW rollcage for a local guy and that is how i got the number.

I was quoted $3000 or $3500 (i forget which) from www.kingmotorsports.com to make a cage. Maybe it would have been slightly prettier.?

Ahhh soo pretty!haha

I have an 8 point in my car, and I can certainly feel a difference from an s2k with no cage, stock s2k's feel "mushier" though not as pronounced as when I put a cage in my integra back in the day, that was a night and day difference. Not as much as a difference in the s2k, but it still helps.. Oh yea,I have no plan to add any of those other silly bars either. But Scot, go ahead and add as many as you want, I have no problem if you make your car heavier then mine!
