Hardtopguy/Ganley Honda - World Class Service!
Well, it's been almost 4 months since the day I decided to get an S and gave Jeff (Hardtopguy) a call.
The service I received from Hardtopguy/Ganley during the 4 months has been phenomenal. World Class is the only way to describe it.
Every single request was taken care off, never thought it would be so easy and fun buying a car.
When I first placed my order with Jeff, I told him I didn't want delivery until late March since I didn't want to bring my new S into a harsh winter (placed my order late Dec).
Well the wait began. February came around and Joe (Jeff's brother) tells me that my car finally has a born on date. Now all I can think about is the snick snick of the gears. Another week or two goes by and Joe informs me that it has the left Japan.
March rolls around and the day the car arrives at the dealership Joe immediately snap some pics of the car right off the truck.
This whole time I'm harassing Joe with questions and not one question went unanswered. He was quick with his PMs, which was good cause I was super impatient throughout this
It's time to tell Joe about what OEM accessories I want, I felt very comfortable knowing that the stuff was being installed by a superb mechanic (Joe). I knew my car was in good hands. Even the infamous side strakes got plenty of care (time will tell
)
Now for the not so fun stuff. PAPERWORK. Rhonda (the internet sales manager) made sure that the whole process would be totally painless. She explained everything I had to do clearly and even made sure the accessories weren't part of the purchase order so I wouldn't be taxed on them
. She took care of all my requests in getting the correct paperwork I needed to register my car.
Did I tell you guys that I think Jeff is the energizer bunny.... this guy never stops to rest. So it's friday (good friday) and Jeff makes the 7hr drive
down here to deliver my car right to my front door. Looks like he personally delievered and installed a hardtop for someone on the way down too. Damn this guy is nuts! Since he's the busy man he is, he decides to delivery my car at 11pm and head home, I told you he was nuts.
Dedication! that's what I can say about the Ganley crew. They are dedicated to making sure the customer is 100% satisfied. They work tirelessly and go out of their way to accomplish this.

Oh, one thing that I'm very upset about, they're located all the way in Ohio, why couldn't they be in NY

I have only good things to say about ganley honda. I ordered a part myself, and being in the UK you are always concerned about buying from other countries. The part (only) took 3 weeks to be delivered, which I think isn't too bad... But the best thing about it is that as soon as I sent e-mails enquiring about my purchase, he promptly sent reassuring e-mails back.Good customer service, well-done!
