DIY rear control arm replacement (anti-bumpsteer)

Your alignment tech will set the length for you. Assuming you go to someone experienced enough. My car is not lowered, but I was going to higher rear camber. Even with the extra length extension, the alignment tech ran out of toe at 3 degrees camber. Apparently the lower arm became the main limiting factor.

I guess I was WAY off. I thought you would want to SHORTEN the control arm to fix the geometry of lowering it. I also thought there would be some mathematical aproach to figure out how much to shorten it based on how much it was lowered. I don't know of any alighment shop that I would trust to "wing it".
