Well, Here's a pic of what I got for Valentine's Day.. The ER called and said "we have a guy with horrible belly pain" I got a abdominal x-ray and this is what I found!


BTW, the GUY weighs about 300lbs)

This was a surgical emergeny and I had to take the guy back to operating room (at 2:30am). Any guess what's wrong?
