may not be a real pic. You can see the sigmoid colon on the left lower abdominal but the foreign object is not there.

Maybe it went in in front of a colonoscopy PAST the sigmoid colon (or a broom handle at PD HQs)..

This reminds me of a spot I heard on the radio where a couple of disc jockeys decided to inteview one of the ER docs at Grady Memorial in Atlanta. They asked the doc what the wierdest thing he ever saw down there.... his response was nothing, but one of his colleagues found a toy school bus in someone's ass. He wrote the report up something like this... "recovered school bus. All passengers presumed missing or dead."
