Default Where do you put your ipod?

Hey i am thinking of putting a ipod kit in my car to listen to my nano. I was wondering where everyone puts theirs and if there are any cool places to set the ipod connector plug so that it isn't sitting in the open for people to see. if any one has suggestions and/or pics it would help out.

I put mine in the little cargo net on the passenger side. Of course somebody could see it from outside the car, but then i always take it w/ me when i leave the car and don't park in any areas where i'd be worried about it.

Correct me if I am wrong but doesn't the IPOD software convert wma formats to mp3? I have seen mine do it a few times. It has happend whend I rip a disc to my computer using windows media player. When I transfer it to ITunes it makes the file compatible.

First off if your music library is copied via WMA files, Itunes converts them quickly and effortlessly for your Ipod to use.
Anways, I have a 60gig and i tucked the wire away under the center console area/leather on the drivers side. Then I pulled it out behind my seat and it hides the wire perfectly. I tuck the ipod between the side of the seat and the center console. It's pretty well hidden, the nano may be too small though. I was going to buy a nano and put it in the storage net on the passenger side. And then my idea was to convert an Altoids case into a holder for the nano so that it wouldnt be noticeable and then maybe some old mail in front of the wire....

And the quality goes down after converting formats again.

I made a holder for my ipod mini out of my cup holder, which fit perfect, but it works also with the nano.
