I am Back!
I thought I had bad withdrawls when I went to the Dragon!!!
San Diego was KILLER!!!!!
We did a ton of tourist things like taking tours and getting lost in old town etc etc.
I hooked up with the San Diego S crew thursday night. What a cool bunch of people. I simply posted up in the SD forum and asked if there was anything going on thursday or friday night and that I would like to meet up but did not have a ride and I got several offers to pick me up to hang out.
A slew of clean cars, a lot of asian membership and EVERYBODY was beyond nice. We met at a small place called Fusion (alot like Got-Tea?) it was a boba shop and the food was good too. I got my mocha boba like usual
The SD S2k crew is one of the best around, no sheeeet!
We visited Tijuana (not the most traditional mexican part of the country but if you only have a few hours and want to say you have finally been to Mexico, it was my only option) and no....I did not make it to a donkey show
I did however see a ton of donkeys painted up like zebras (why????) for taking photos
I am glad to be back and will probably spend the rest of the day reading and posting
I missed you guys and gals!!!
BTW no pics we both had no cameras

Though, all funny stuff aside.
I am glad you had a good time.
Now did you go to In N Out Burger?
Did you listen to the Dave Shelly and Chainsaw Radio show on 101.5 KGB?
How did you like the Weather?
Did you notice all the good roads to go driving?
Ortega Highway, a bit north of SD is fun. ( They sell bumper stickers that say "I survived Ortega Highway one more time"
)

did not hear much radio
no fast food joints we hit many local flavor eat spots ( The rockin lobster in old town for some baja style food and The Caves in Tijuana for some local mexican food)
The weather was out of this world!!!! 0 humidity cool at night and in the morning and PERFECT daytime weather. They do not claim "the best climate in the world" lightly! I have to say it was awesome!!!!
No driving time on our own. it was all bus rides and trolleys and the electric train. We did make it out to Barona casino (via the green line and a private bus and that was a beautiful ride up into the hills...WOW!!! we lost our ass though and left depressed
Those of you that know Dave (D-s2k from the orlando crew)....he met up with the San Diego crew at the meet on Thursday and he says hello to all of you back in FLA. He sold the S and got a G35 (4door, even!).
That whole crew is just tremendous I really suggest posting up in that forum, when you are in town, and try to hook up with them.
here is a thread I posted thanking them:
