I have done a few new changes to my system. Over the years I have had about 3 different systems in the car and this is the latest upgrades I have made.

I set the tri pod of the camera at drivers head height to give you guys an idea of how the 3.5" screen size is to view.

Nice work. The passenger's seat doesn't clip that amp when slid forward? There is like NO space under the rear of the seat cushion (cant even fit my hand under there when flat). Does it just sit forward of that low point on the seat?

And what's the point of Quiet Coating and matting the toolwell area? Why not just do the gas tank and the underside of the convertible tray? What matting is that?

Thanks
The Amp fits under the seat fine It sits forward of the seat pan between the cross frame and seat pan. The seat is still fully adjustable

The insulation material is a very light weight high density foam that is Mylar backed and faced. It's weight is less than a quarter of Dyno-Mat but, performs as well.
I did the doors, bulk head, and full trunk. I did the tool well and all because of the T1R 70 R exhaust. It muffled the noise level down in the cabin quite a bit. The under side of the car is sprayed with the same black rubberized sound deadening material used in the trunk and doors.

I got the sound proofing from the outfit that was insolating and air conditioning all the sleeper cabs on the semi trucks at my work. It is not available to the general public. The stuff is fire proof, and has a high R factor as well.

Nice, I had wanted to get the same HU, but decided against it because of theft, since I don't have a garage and need to leave it parked outside during the weekdays. A question for you. The back panel, the ones you had out on the lawn, the ones sitting on the board, is that the back panel of the trunk behind the seat that covers the spare area and to the left? If so, what is that material made of? I had thought it was steel, but it looks like it is plastic.
