Default FAQ for FI track S2000s?

It's silly season here and I keep coming up with things for the speed shop to do...
Track veterans keep coming up with additional "FYI" items as I prepare for track.

There have been at least a handful of FI S2000s tracking regularly (krazik, crash, and blackey), maybe they (and others) could pool their wisdom into a mini-FAQ?
It seems that an FI S2000 build would be fun and not too expensive (relatively speaking).

As a starting point I'll list some generic mods (not necessarily my car).

AP1

Basic

1. Oil banjo upgrade
2. A-arms welded
3. Belt-driven supercharger
4. Smaller pulley
5. Engine management w/ water temp fix if AEM EMS v1
6. Injectors
7. Wideband
8. Oil catch can
9. Upgraded clutch / lightened flywheel
10. Baffled oil pans
11. Oil cooler and temp gauge
12. Modified OEM fuel tank w/ swirl pot

Braking
1. Track pads (XP10/8)
2. DOT4 brake fluid
3. Ducting front brake shields / rotors
4. Stainless lines (inspect often)

Wheels / Tires
1. CCW 18x10-11
2. 285-295/30/18 Goodyear / Hoosier
3. Extended wheel studs

Suspension
1. DA dampers with rear remote reservoirs in-trunk mounted
2. 800-1000 range spring rates
3. Front camber plates
4. Alignment ranging from -2.5 to -3.5 camber
5. Front swaybar

Safety
1. Race seat(s)
2. 6-pt harnesses
3. Fire suit + HANS-type device
4. At minimum ELDA-type roll bar, full cage for W2W
6. SA2000+ Full face helmet

Body
1. Splitter
2. Wing
3. Hardtop

Optional
1. Upgraded differential / axles / hubs
2. Video equipment
3. Datalogging equipment
4. Upgraded bushings

Any other "must have" items?

Thoughts on the following?
1. "Big brake" systems
2. Vented hoods
3. Hood pins if CF hood used
4. Bumpsteer kit

Depending on what tracks you run I would add in Oil Cooler and Baffled Oil pans.

many of the mods you listed are performance mods. I was hoping you can break it down to "must or blow up engine" mod, and "recommended performance" mod.

You may also want to consider:

1) krank vents. Plenty info on this site about how to install and the potential benefit they provide.
2) Welded in cage-build to NASA/SCCA Spec, dont skimp here.
3) Kill Switch and fire system.
4) Front and rear tow hooks
5) Monoball suspension-I used TC Design
6) I went with 17x9 volks all around with 275's and have been very pleased. Volks are good forged wheels and they can be had for relatively cheap.
7) If you go with the AEM EMS for your management system I would seriously consider using the AIM MXL Pista as it can be slaved directly to the AEM.
8) After market steering wheel with quick release hub.
9) Cool suit depending on the climate you are planning on racing in.
10) Possibly upgraded clutch/flywheel.
11) You may want to consider an AP2 tranny.

Headstuds.
they are a cheap enough and very good thing to have when going to a higher boost system. I am using ARP and they were only a few hundred bucks.

also Longer GOOD wheel studs.
I have striped many studs and will only use arp from now on.
I striped 2 on my last race this year.
part number for the extended studs is 100-7712 all over ebay pack of 5

If you are racing in a actual W2W event scca or nasa for sure requires a kill switch and fire system.

fuel cell not really needed unless your going to a class that requires it.
the stock tank is in a really good spot. Or if your running out of gas like Krazik and I am starting to do.
ehh going to bed I am sure I will think of more

Thanks, forgot to list:
I'm running ARP extended studs.
I'm not quite convinced about the ARP headstuds due to some reports of stretching and blowing.
We reused the OEM studs after a 3mm HG install.
Also with the ACT clutch setup. Geez, I had forgotten how much sheet we have done to this poor car.

Doing the fuel cell mainly to have a clean solution to the left-hand fuel starve.

Ordered a baffling plate for the oil pan today and will talk to the shop about fitting a generic $150 oil cooler rather than a $500 GReddy one.

Would love to hear if you can think of anything else!

I think ACT clutch is crap, I only got 20k miles out of my disc, ran it with Fidanza flywheel if it matters.

We're not talking about specifics here, just generalities.

Like "upgraded clutch."

This is meant for future reference in the most general sense.
