Default performance springs vs entry level coilovers

hi. i was wondering if the new swift spring spec r's on stock shocks would handle better than an entry level coilover like tein flex's. I ask this because a lot of track junkies on here asserts that stock suspension cannot be beaten unless you get coilovers around 1800 and over.

coilovers all the way.

go buy some used megans or teins.

**** lowering springs

agx with some lowering springs are a good alternative for street use/spirited driving

You can't really say "****" swift springs, as they are actually an upgrade to our springs.

what i was thinking was spending money on coilovers is unneccesary (because the oem shocks are already considered better than most lower end coilovers (handling wise according to the people in the racing subforum). Since swift is releasing the spec r springs for our shocks, it could take our oem suspension to the next level. So why not just improve the shocks the car came with instead of revamping the whole thing? My goal is not to slam the car but to improve it's handling capabilities.

Note: swift created these springs more for performance in mind, the drop that the spring gives is only a bonus
