I tried to find the Veterans Day thread to post this on and could not find the link to 11 Nov 10.

I found this ARTICLE too good to pass up.

He is a hero in my book in more than one way. What do you think?

His obit appeared in today's New York Times. After reading it I had a very fine feeling for both him and his wife. The extraordinary things that people do never cease to amaze me. People like this make the world a better place. Rest in peace.
