Another new guy...
Hi all,
A lot of people seem to be introducing themselves right now, so I guess I'll give it a go as well. I've been a long time reader of S2Ki, but never registered until now since I just bought a 06 LBP with 1900 mi on it 3 days ago. My current dd is a 91 miata. Its sad seeing the miata go out into the snow, but that LBP really looks nice in the garage.
The S2K of course has more power, better handling, & is much nicer to look at than the miata. The biggest difference that I noticed is how much more "solid" or "tight" the S2K is over the miata. My miata just feels flexible under loading and over bumps whereas the S2K just stays true to the path you take it on. As I said before, I am pretty familiar with the forums from reading for years. I already have 2HEATY on my ignore list, j/k
I will more than likely dwell in the Upper Midwest forum to see if any other owners will have some meets when the weather is nicer. I will see if I can upload a pic of the car over the weekend. Thats all for now, bye!

Haha I bought the car out of state so the majority of the miles I put on it driving it back home. It really let me get in touch with the car. Driving it on I-465 around Indy at rush hour really got me in touch with the blind spots
As for the center cap on the steering wheel, I thought all AP2's had that type, maybe I'm wrong.

I have to agree with you Scott. It strikes your eye when the sun glistens on the front fenders. I had it parked at a restaurant on a sunny day. There was this guy sitting in a booth that kept staring at it like he was going to steal it lol.
