Well, I would only buy a couple of convenience mods like the driver's side mirror and Modifry's glove box organizer. I have autocrossed against many people with lowered cars and I am usually faster than they are. I'm not sure what kind of handling improvements they are talking about, but I sure don't see it in competition. The people who track their cars will tell you that short of a 2 or 3K package, you will not find a handling improvement over stock. If you want to lower your car for appearance, that is another story.

Aftermarket exhausts cuse an annoying resonance inside the car. I bought one. Used it for a season and then removed it.

Lots of aftermarket performance stuff is a waste of money, but it is your money so do as you like.
