Thumbs up Brake Calipers

Hi everyone,

I just have a quick question that I'm sure you all can answer. I need to remove all four of my calipers for a much needed paint job. Are there any tricks or special things I need to know about putting them back on or taking them off?

The Under the Hood section had DIYs for this - check there for all you need.

Thanks Saki GT, I checked the under the hood section but didn't find anything about completely removing and reinstalling the calipers. If you or someone else could point me in the right direction that would be great.

In each forum, you can search at the bottom of the page and only get forum results.

No, no, no, no! What specifically do you want to know? Brakes are a critical component (as in: life and death). I don't want you "hoping for the best" and then being the one trying to stop behind me on a track one day.

Be more specific or keep searching.
