According to KBB, the retail value is 22,035 and a private party value would be 19,205 for excellent condition so seems to me you are getting a pretty good deal.

That is a decent deal, I would go for it unless you can find a better deal for a few thousand more. Is red what color you want? Make sure you get the color you want.

PS- You made the right choice buying an s2k instead of a BMW 3 series IMO lol

 

that is a good deal. as a matter of fact I just bought my 2001 NFR s2000 with 45k on it for 18k from a private owner. So for $700 you're getting less mileage and a warranty. I say go for it.

 

if i were you i would get it. Your lucky man i got less miles then you and mines an 02 and they wont give me a warranty. That sucks so bad actualy i got really piss but oh well. If i were you i would get it thats a good price.

 

if it's the color you want, go for it. the certified pre-owned warranty makes it nice.

 

I'd go for it, that seems like a very good deal to me.
