From the looks of your avatar and signature, you're the exact type of buyer this car needs. I'm hoping to get more info this weekend, and will post.

Too funny.
Hasn't been funny for me ha, I really wanted this car. The girl selling it is the one being shady. Just remember though, she has a new car and a lot of money. Her only motive to get rid of this not running car sitting in her garage is for some extra spending money on her trip.

What's so hard to believe about wanting an S2000 instead of my "monster" Evo? I mean, have you ever owned an Evo? There are other users on this forum that went from Evo to S2000. This is my second one, and the notchy and grinding transmission can be quite frustrating daily. From what I hear, the S2000 transmission shifts smooth as butter. The S2000 may be slower in stock form, but still has a lot of fun to offer. I'd say replacing a motorcycle with a roadster is pretty understandable.

If this is real, buy it as-is with the car and the motor. The motor/trans is worth $4k+ and the rest well over that. There's not reason not to take it as-is.
I just wasted 5 damn minutes of my life reading this b/s? I want a refund of my 5 minutes back. I could have eaten my grilled cheese sandwich 5 minutes earlier.
