Long story short... I hit a metal rod laying in the highway... TWICE!

Now the front bumper is in pretty bad shape because some moron didn't secure the crap in the back of their truck!!

I'm looking for a shop in Miami that does good work to sand it down and re-paint it for me. Of course my other option is to just get a bra for the front and cover it up but we all know that isn't the right way to do it.

Any suggestions?
