like someone stated above, there are a few changes from 05-06(04/07). of course the obvious, the drive by wire, vsa(which is a nice feature), wheels, seats( ), new dash material, new steering wheel/steering wheel material, wheels, daytime running lights, speakers in the roll bars, all black center console, head unit is XM ready, there are probably a few more i'm missing, those are just the obvious ones. i had an 03, and i enjoy the 06 much more. the 04 and 07 are very similiar, but i would have to say the 07, just because its new, and a lot of warranty time. good luck

I didn't know the material of the dash is different. Does it feel or have a different texture to it? Do you have any close up pics showing the difference? Thanks.

Couldn't disagree more. There's no reason to baby your car.

Drive your car, FTW!

yeah, a lot of people dont know theres a difference. the 06/07 dash, steering wheel material is a very matte finish, very flat. not the type of dash you'd want to make shiney. its a nice change IMO.

Don't forget the spring-released cupholder divider!

I definitely prefer the 06/07 dash over previous models...only defect being the RPM gauge only goes to 8K RPMs.

I got the idea from Andy, but I'm trying to convince my brother to go halves with me on an 03/04 for tracking. The more I cruise around in my '07, the less I was to track it! If I can get a salvaged title (theft preferably) 03/04 with decent miles. I saw an 04 today listed for $17K with 48K miles, if we could get it for $15K, that's only $7,500 apiece for a great track car. I'd love to get a weekend driver and upgrade it for tracking... .

But for everyday driving, the '07 is great. I think an 03/04 might be quite fun on the track if I could mod it - turbo, gears, comp clutch/diff, lightweight volks, springs/shocks, etc...

in stock form the 07 has better tuning out of the box and IS in fact 'zippier' More power throughout the powerband FTW. Plus you can do the HONDATA reflash and get more power.

Must be nice. none of that for my 04.
