Yikes! Has the spring rush started? I purchased an 04 with a scant 4500 miles in December for 21,300. Also available was an 01 with 31k miles in pristine condition which sold at 14,200. Take a deep breadth and look around - you will find some wonderful cars at very attractive and reasonable prices. You will also learn a lot about the cars and the community in the process, and of course go through this forum from front to back - lots of great info.

Can't help you for the west coast adjustment but around here, that's a couple grand high for a MY03, you can get them in the $18s + TTL. Keep up the search, you'll find it.

A good deal is relative. If you walk out of the dealership with a good feeling, then you got a good deal. I'd keep looking however.
