I would say 20K is a little on the high side, but not terrible.

20K is not to bad actually. Figuring that is your budget, and the car checks out fine since it has been modded, go for it. You can probably find better but the low mileage is very good. If you can go higher on your budget, I believe someone just mentioned a new 08 for $26k. Maybe something to think about.

Not bad but you can do better. Its a great time to be a buyer, stay patient and you'll be surprised at the great deals you will come across.

I spent five months trying to find a good deal on a used s2000 and finally bought an 08 CR with 1800 miles for 25,250 plus tax and lis. In my opinion given the low mileage that seems to be a fair deal on the one you found but if you have the coin to bump yourself to the 25K range their are some incredible deals on new S2000's on EBAY.

Good Luck

22 is WAY too high for an 05 regardless of miles.
check kbb.com and see what the approx price of your car should be.
also consider that people are selling below kbb prices.

22k for an 05 is too high, however miles are low. Look on ebay before you do anything. I was just searching on ebay and I found a weird deal from a dealer in the DFW area. I found a 2008 S2k w 186 miles on auction with a "buy it now" price of 27K and read through the ad and went to the dealer directly and they had the same car listed in their internet deals for $26500. For some reason the car was considered a used certified car even though that it was new. From what i understand the USed Car department purchased the car from its Honda dealer and made it used. Bottom line I paid $28800 out the door. with a 4/48 btb and 6/100k tranny certfied warranty.
