Default Is this a good deal?

I'm a few days away from making the purchase. I'm just wondering if my call is good?
It seem like a pretty good deal on my end. Came from a 99 Gst and Rx8 back ground. Anything I need to know? Black on black with exhaust and header. No major problem for a 05. Thanks for the input.

if it's in good condition, clean title, etc... I would say that is a great deal. A clean, stock, '05 with that many miles should be able to sell for a couple thousand above that price.

Hope to have the paper work done in the morning. Test drove it and it went pretty well. Every gear shift great, not oil leak, not white smoke and turn in very well.
thanks again.
