i've been this forum for a bit but never actually did an introduction. the s2ooo is my fifth car in my years of car ownership. only my fourth and fifth cars are even worth mentioning.

so, my other daily driver is a celica gts. it's supercharged (greddy mp62 @ 8.5 psi) with water-injection (snowperformance), apexi pfc standalone, cai/raceheader/exhaust, and the complete ricer package along with everything carbon fiber that you can buy for the car.

the s2ooo was modded the first month of ownership. so far it's been the voodoo knob, new speakers, amp, bass-shakers, 18s, 4.77s, prm intake, and megan header. nice chunk of change to drop along with the damn sales tax at registration (the real killer). i'm a little tapped out for car funds at this time but it's just more time to evaluate alternatives and options for the future.

for future mods, sometime i'm going to get around to putting some springs on. performance wise, i might just call it quits as i am if i decide to stay NA but might add a vafc or neo if i go that route. at the moment i'm considering a nitrous kit, for my part time thrills (can't stand being so stockish). but, i'm still awaiting word on the SOS supercharger (non-aftercooled) due to it being sort of "affordable" at least in the s2ooo market (if i had the mounting bracket for a centrifugal charger it'd be so damn easy to piece one together and be half of what the kits are running for).

i got the 4.77s from s2kpuddydad through hardtopguy.com and if you go that site you'll find combinations for different packages. the steel sleeve is an option on all differentials (even if it's not listed). i'd PM s2kpuddydad first.

 

oh yeah, my total was 'bout $1500. that was the 4.77s installed, comptech reinforced differential, and cryo treatment.
