Default Hi Everyone!

New owner of a black 2005. Just picked yesterday. No pics yet, was too dark by the time I got home last night. Will take some today. Guys at my car club are threatening a ban if I don't post some soon.

Too bad the snow is coming soon and I will have to put it away for a few months but there are still a few nice days in the forecast. Perhaps even warm enough to have the top down.

No plans to change anything. Will have to relearn how to drive as I have been driving an '89 crx for the last 17yrs. That poor little car will be my winter beater now....poor thing. Wish I had known what I was buying all those years ago, I would have rust proofed it.

So in the spring, driving lessons, solo2 to let the lessons sink in brain, and perhaps some lapping. Would like to do more but I hear a bolt in roll bar doesn't exist. I don't want to tear up the interior for that. Oh and hopefully track school in St Eustache. Had a blast last year with the rex.

Nice choice, congratulations. Yeah weather sucks right now, but don't worry man...spring will be here in no time. Then it's like 6 months straight of top-down .

Congrats Fast Fox, and welcome to s2ki.com.

Word of advice... If you're running the stock summer tires, they are quite awful in cold temperatures. Just be wary of grip, even if the roads are dry.

Hey, thanks for the warning. I have been very careful but can't bear to put it away before next weekend. Crossing fingers that it will be 15c.

You can drive it through the winter like me, but you should get winter tires if you're considering it.

True but no need to get rid of the crx. She still runs perfectly fine, it's just the rust that's a problem. So crx for the winter and stook for summer at least for the moment. Will consider winter tires for the stook when the crx has to be put down....
