Default Hi from UK, thinking of buying

Hi Folks,

Owned a Mazda RX-8 since 2004 (Series 1 231ps from 2004 until 2009, and R3 from 2009).

Fantastic car, love driving it, including Clubmans competition driving (Autosolos), but getting it in the ear from Wifey about the cost (fuel + tax)

Especially now we are down to effectively one salary, after she decided on a Career Change.

Originally went for the Rex because of 4 seats and doors - we have one son... but to be frank, Wifey totally avoids the car now, and son is always in the front... So, a two seater would be suffice... Though personally, I am NOT that keen on drop-tops... (not enough hair to be blown around on summer evenings )

Anyhow, S2000 is on my radar - similar high-revving & excellent handling properties (from what I hear!), and well impressed with their performance at some Solo events this year!

Is there a UK MK meet tonight (19th Dec.?)? I thought I'd seen one advertised but it does not show in the Calendar... I would love to get along to a meet and see some cars in the flesh... perhaps even experience a passenger ride?
