I am jumping on it. I am going Saturday to pick it up. Do you guys think i should get the oil, trans, and diff fluid changed. It may be the same fluid thats been in there for the past couple years. Your opinions?

I'm sure its the same fluid. The oil MIGHT have been changed, but I'd almost bet they never touched the diff or tranny fluid. Technically it's probably not even "due" by Honda's recommendations. Most of us on this site follow a much more strict schedule to avoid problems. If you are a DIY kind of guy, you can do it relatively easily at home, just make sure you have all the right tools. Lots of walk-throughs on this site are available by the infamous XViper.

I guess I'll go with the LE-607 SAE 90 Diff Fluid, Honda MTF for the Tranny and what do you guys recommend for engine oil. Should I not go with Synthetic yet and just use conventional motor oil

so honda certified is 7yr/100k miles. SO the engine is covered up to 100k miles?
A certified car gets an extra 12 months or 12K miles beyond the expiration of the 3/36 warranty OR if the 3/36 has expired, the certified warranty starts when the new owner takes delivery. The certified warranty covers the major mechanical parts and is not the same as a bumper to bumper 3/36 warranty. For example seats, interior, etc are not covered under the certified warranty.

The "powertrain" however IS covered up to 7 yrs/100K miles. The powertrain includes the engine, transmission and drive components. The non-powertrain items only get the extra 12mo/12k miles.

Here are the details: http://automobiles.honda.com/certified/warranty.asp

Congrats on getting an S2000. We just closed the deal on a 2004 Silverstone last night. Can't wait until Saturday to take delivery.
