Hoping to get into an S2K
Hey S2KI,
I've been lurking here for awhile, and have wanted an S2000 since I-can't-even-remember-when. I'm thinking this is the year. I have a place with a garage and am done paying off my student loans in a month which frees up a huge chunk of change each month. I have ~10k saved up for down payment (don't want payments forever) and am looking at 2004-2007s around $20k. First choice is Laguna Blue, second choice is black
My current ride is a 1999 Integra LS which I've had for ages. Great car, not too fast but does everything from commuting through deep snow, to autocrossing, to carrying a ton of crap in the hatch. I plan to keep it for winter (Massachusetts) and dd duties (and to avoid paying primary-car insurance on the S).
Some pics:

Mods on the Integra:
Suspension:
Lowered around 1.5" on Ground control coilovers and koni yellow shocks
Neuspeed front strut tower brace
Type-R rear sway bar
Powertrain:
AEM short ram intake
RSR exmag stainless steel catback
Other:
clear turn signals
BFG Geforce Sport tires for the summer and steelies and snow tires for the winter.
Plan would be to keep the S fairly stock for awhile and maybe run some autocross events in the stock class.
Down the road who knows...
Now I just gotta find the right one for sale.
