Hey everyone, after months of searching, i think i finally found the s2k for the best deal. It's a 04 serbing silver with black and red seats. Its got 42k miles on it with stock everything except he said he put 5k on stereo stuff. His asking price was 18,000. He wanted 25000 more for the stereo. I think i can talk him down to 17 for everything. I'm meeting him half way from boston to RI maybe. He lives up in NY. I hope everything turns out well. Does anybody have any advice for me to see what i should look out for before i purchase it? Carfax etc.?

 

I'd like to know how you cram $5000 in stereo stuff in the s2k... There's no room for anything in that car

 

Do a carfax, take it for a long drive. Look for any seams that are not flat like the hood sticking up a bit or doors not closing properly, or bumpers with a gap. Check the engine bay and lastly check for VIN numbers posted all over the car.

hey is this the one in scarsdale? I was interested in this car and and talked to the guy through emails. He told me he had an offer on the car for 16,500 w/o his baller stereo. I just couldn't go any higher than that and told him gl with his sale.
