Hey, I just recently got my S2k year 2005 its pearl white with a stage 2 clutch and an upgraded flywheel. well anyways i was going about 70-80 miles on 6 gear and accidently shifted to gear 2 instead of 4. I hit red line about 2 sec before i disengage it from gear to neutral. after i disengage, i couldnt put it in to gear anymore. so the only way i was able to drive home was to put it into first gear and start the engine but as soon as i start the engine while holding on clutch the car was already rolling,. some time i'll be able to get into 2,3,4 while driving but most of the time, i had to kill my engine and repeat the process. so please help me cause im in deepshit, im wondering whether its the clutch or the transmission, and if it would be anything easy todo. thank you for your time.

 

Doesn't sound like its going to be an easy fix. Sounds like you really fuxced some things up. I suggest you have someone knowledgable with these cars take a look at it.

i hope so, im getting my transmission off right now i hope its just the pressure plate and the clutch that blew,

 

It's good that you have an AP2 but I would pull your valve cover and take a look at your retainers. If you had an AP1 your retainers would have absolutley been toast.

 

Hope it turns as a minimal problem.
