Wanted to introduce myself. I'm Jarod. I purchased an ap1 2003 s2k last month. And got it shiiped from Ohio to me in south Dakota. Come to find out the little problem prestige auto mall in cuyahoga falls Ohio said. Turns out I need a new motor. I drove the car twice when it got here. My dealership pulled off the head and everything and the block is an f22c1i noticed by the engrave stamp and the number 4 piston isn't a match to 1,2,3. So whoever had this before me, really f'd up. The car has only 77k.
I've read a lot of post and you guys have helped me out greatly with research. Where is a good place to get a long block or built motor. I've been doing research for days and every used parts or motor place has so so or neg reviews. My tranny is fine. And I'm going to be doing an all motor build as my project. I have a V2 intake and hks hi-power exhaust (single) to start that are sitting in my house.

That is an interesting engine you got there. Does this car have a "rebuilt" title?
