Howdy guys and gals. I just joined, and have had an 04 Silverstone/Black for a couple weeks now. It is extra clean, only 20k miles. I'm in Shreveport, Louisiana, hoping to meet some fellow enthusiasts. As for mods, I'm gonna drop in some nice component speakers and amp (Infinity Perfects???) and just drive the wheels off this car.

Well...I finnally did it. I've waited six years and today I purchased an S2000. In a way I'm glad I waited. The restroked engine and VSC make this an ideal vehicle for my driving style.
I was on my way to the Mazda dealer to put a deposit on an MX-5. I couldn't sleep last night knowing that I hadn't been able to test drive an S2000. I was up at 5:00 AM scouring the forums and decided to not put that deposit check down until I found an S2000 to drive. I did, and I was blown away. The MX-5 is a lot of fun to drive but it's not in the same league as the S2K. I had a 2002 Audi TT and the MX-5 left me quite a bit short of that car. I didn't drive more than a half mile when I was absolutely sold on the S2K. I went back to my local dealer and wrote a check. Hopefully it will be here in the next few weeks. As unsure as I was about the MX-5...I was absolutely positive that this car is what I was looking for. I got out of the car after the test drive and all I could say was "Now that is a Sports Car!". It's hands down the most exhiliarating car I have ever driven.

Hi, I don't own an S2000, but I hope to soon. I drive an 01 Jetta Wolfsburg 1.8T with a few mods. But lately it's been having problems and I don't want this to turn into a money pit. So I'm going to part out the performance parts then put it back to stock and sell it. Hopefully I'll get an S2k. I never really liked the car until I test drove one a few weeks back. I absolutely fell in love with it! I've been into European cars my whole life and never thought I would even consider driving a Honda, but who knows, this might be the start of something great 
I don't know a thing about them though, so I joined this site to read up about them and what they're all about, so see ya around the board!
