just got my s2k and i love it... going to my first meet fri, topdown, eastland

Hi everyone. I am a new member. I just purchased my S2000 and love it. I have been a long time corvette owner and traded it in right after my first drive in an S2000. I live here in Orlando, Floida. Is their any S2000 clubs or meetings in the area to discuss and look at each others cars. I was a member of Corvette of Orlando and had a fun time. Thanks

Good morning...I am new to the site......As you can see I'm from St. Louis, Missouri. Last year I bought a 2000, S2000 with 5500 miles on it. It is in perfect shape and I just bought a hardtop for it. Now it has ONLY 8000 miles.

 

Wow, only 5500 miles! That's great. That's barely broken in from the engine point of view!

Make sure you're watching your oil dipstick carefully. Don't want to let that low-mileage honey go boom.

 

At age 65 purchased my first S2000. Have had it nine months and what a car. I look for excuses to go for a drive. It's a 2002, Suzuka Blue with 35,500 miles on it. Hope to trade up to an '04 or '05 before too long.
