I've been reading this forum for a while and decided it's time to introduce myself. I'm Olly, Monte Carlo blue AP1 S2000 which I picked up at the end of last year and the hard top has just been stowed for the summer. Looking forward to getting involved and have got plenty of minor modifications in mind. I can be found near London, often on the M25.

Just introducing myself on here after a few months of lurking. Just bought my 02' last month with just about 47k miles on it. I've loved every second of it. Came from a miata and the s2000 is a heck of a lot more car, still getting used to it. I've been crashing local s2000 meets for the last year or so in the miata so hello to all the Orange County people.

 

Good evening everybody! 2 weeks ago marked the purchase of my first s2000! Lurking around these forums helped me decide that it was in fact the car for me. After a couple of years work on a Del Sol being ruined by theft and destruction, I couldn't pour myself back into it and so I sold it and decided it was finally time to use the pile of money I'd been putting aside. I truly lucked out and found a 2001 that had been garage kept since being purchased and was the recreational car for an older snow bird from Michigan who was selling it because it was getting too difficult to get in and out of in his advancing age. Fast forward 12 years from its initial purchase and it is now in my hands, the second owner, and it has a whopping 8,800 miles on it. I hadn't joined the forums yet as a non owner, but I suppose now it's time!

Hello All. Last week we bought a 2005 Silverstone Metallic, red/black interior from HG Motorcars in Downington,Pa. The car is a one owner with 8500 miles. Like new. Previous owner added a K@N filter intake kit and Magnaflow exhaust system. Love the car. Can't wait for sunny warm weather here in Maine. Not sure I like the Magnaflow exhaust. Too much drone. I will likely buy a new OEM exhaust. I've done a lot of browsing on this site prior to becoming an owner. Lots of good information and was helpfull while I was deciding between an AP-1 or AP-2.

 

Wudup gang. Bout to make it official, getting my tag monday. 05 slvst. @52k weekend warrior. Red n black interior With a new oem soft top on the way. (mines almost shot) Anyone wanting to talk s2k or guitar or piano or anything that makes noise, holler at me. I kinda know nothing yet about these precious roadsters so ill be here alot. Thanks gang. Hello All! I am Son of Jumpy Guy. (Literally) I am excited to have joined the group. Like Jumpy Guy, my Wife and I are located in Pittsburgh, PA. We are part of the Allegheny S2K club.

I have had the pleasure of driving an S, I learned how to drive a manual on it (YIKES), but currently drive an SLK 55 AMG. I hope to build a relationship with all of you. This group was a big part of my father's life and in turn mine as well.

My family is planning to sell the AMG at some point, but not before a few good rides. After that point I am planning to find an S2000 of my own to continue the tradition my father started.

I Look forward to driving with you all soon one day!

 

Ehh derr yellow everyone. I'm Dave from the land of greenbay packers and the milwaukee brewers. Wisconsin for those that dont know sports. I have been a long time followed on here at s2ki for years. When I was in high school, I worked as a porter at our local honda dealer ship, and had my first encounters with the ap1 s2000s. Since the 1st time I drove one, I knew someday I would own one. 11 years went by and now Im fortunet enough and proud to say I take delivery of my 02 BB with 35k next weekend. Ive never been more excited, and am having a rough time sleeping over it! S2ki is my official home! happy 420 and G'day mates!
