Introduce yourself here! Part II
Hello everyone, joined about a week ago and have been enjoying all the info and topics.I've wanted an "S" since the first one rolled off the R n D line but life kinda put that dream on hold until May of this year when I took ownership of a 2000 AP1 with just 36,000 on the clock! The car had a full service history and was in completely stock form and unmolested as the owner was a nice old gent. The only down side was that he had very little car knowledge and as such the car hadn't had any high level car care as such, so I've been doing all the fluids, poly bushes, brakes, arches, service parts, exhaust front to back and a complete clean and protect for the underneath! Hopefully the end is in sight and I can actually get to enjoy driving my "S" rather than being under it! Think its a sickness? Anyway its nice to be on here and please bare with me as I'm a spanner and garage guy not a computer nut!
Hello guys!!
After falling in love with the AP1 s2k roughly around 2006.
I finally now own an 05 Silverstone (like billions of others) with black interior.
Looking forward to learning the car so I can drive it to the limits

Hello all,
I just picked up my 2008 GPW S2000 last Wednesday. It was a Virginia car that I bought in NJ and brought home to PA.
It has ~50,000 on the odometer and looks to have been a daily driver for the last 3-4 years.
The paint is in ok shape but it definitely went through the automated car wash more than a couple time. I plan to restore the paint over the winter, add some bolt-ons, and then get all the fluids changed come spring.
This car is a great toy for getting out and just taking a drive.

My name is Zavier, I live in Washington state and recently picked up an Ap1 with a spun rod bearing for pretty cheap.
FAIL 1
And the day she came home
FAIL 2
FAIL 3
Pretty basic for now, AP2 soft top, front end, sitting on D2 coils and a full 3" exhaust. Big things to come though! But in the mean time I figured I'd join and try to soak up as much knowledge as possible.
