The only thing I really wanted is to change the suspension. If it is going to be a daily drive, what would be the best suspension to get?
Thanks everyone in advance.
If it's going to be a daily driver, the stock suspension is probably the most compliant over any modification, unless you intended to go softer.

This, not to mention, the OEM suspension is probably the best performer as well. Unless you want to spend KW V3 / Ohlin and up money, everything else beneath that is a downgrade compared to OEM.

Hi,
I'm a new member here and I wanted to post a question: "Helping me out with the value of a salvage titled s2000."
I've seen s2000's start at 5k an go all the way to 75k for a CR.

Where would I post this question?

Thanks.

Cool new member - south jersey

Hey all! I figured it was time to see how many other S2K owners are out there nearby in the South Jersey area, and if any informal get-togethers or organized events are planned...?

I have a black/black '08 that I picked up in '11. Had to replace the rag top a few years ago and picked a dark cherry for the heck of it, which looks OK but probably should have stuck with the stock black. It's always been my 'second' car, kept in a garage. (Had an '08 RX8 for 6 years as my daily driver.) It's up to 62k miles now, but putting a lot fewer miles on it lately as it's now our 3rd car. ('18 GTI and '19 Grand Sport are our 'daily drivers' lol) Other than the top, a taller wind screen, and an ipod adapter, it's stock. Not interested in tracking it, just drive it like it's supposed to be driven when I take it out. With the top down of course.

So having just bought the Vette and joined a local owners club, it made me appreciate the shared experiences with other owners. I know there are a lot fewer S2K owners but wondered how often owners meet up for whatever, informal cruises, diner parking lot comparos, etc.?? Of course with the current social distancing it isn't as easy... but that shouldn't stop a few owners from a casual meet&greet, or even a cruise down the shore?.

Looking forward to hearing from any and all!

There are a couple of North America East subforums that cover New Jersey... see Delaware Valley and New York Metro.

Default Hello everyone!! New S2k guy in Westchester county NY

Had Honda’s my whole life but on my first S2K and it’s an experience all on its own.... I had a 90 CRX SI, a 91 integra GS, then had my first love affair with a 99 prelude type SH pearl white kept the miles low, super clean, tastefully modded (IMO) loved that car.... then I got married (had to sell).....biggest regret EVAR.... not getting married lol selling the ‘lude was the mistake... then I got older lol.... 5 years after I got married my buddy was selling his 06 civic SI and I bought it as my second car... have a Jeep Cherokee trail hawk now... but damn did that civic give me the itch again.....so got back into the vtec temple after years of wandering the desert of adulthood without a fun Honda, then I saw the apple of my eye... a 2006 AP2 new formula red...32k miles....mint condition....had to get the wife’s blessing and blessings she gave cuz she loved the car too!!!! So here I am blank canvas of an S2k but I see the game has changed a lot in the years I’ve been away.... so I may need help and assistance but I find the s2000 looks like it should be easy to work on there’s a lot of room in that engine bay....unlike my si.... I’m gonna put some pics up I don’t even know how to use this site.... I’m a little older school lol....

Your new wife is a stunner! 32k must have been just under $20 if not more? However, she is worth every penny!

Default New to me s2k!

Hey guys, my names Chris I just registered on this forum today! I am soon to be the owner of a 2007 Sebring Silver s2k! Just sold my daily of 3 years an 05 6-6 accord coupe which I loved to buy my dream car, the Ap2. I'll be picking up my s2000 which has been reserved for me in Pennsylvania this Thursday and driving it back to New Hampshire and I'm beyond excited. I hope to use this forum often and to get to know the community!
