Hello all!

I am, as of today, the proud, new owner of a 2005 Berlina Black AP2. I bought it with a clean title and 77k miles on the dot. My last car was a Scion FR-S dropped on some BC coils and on RPF1’s, meaty fitment all around (265/35/18’s). I made the switch to this car because my family has always dealt with these cars; both my stepbrothers own AP2’s and my stepfather repaired two AP1’s for my cousins about 8-9 years ago. I saw many things I liked in the S2000, and I realized over time and after a test drive that this was better than the FRS for me, for what I wanted. So without further ado, this is Stella!

The market is next to nothing. Hard to find them around here I feel. The prices arent too bad tho when you find them.

Raul from Chile here. 38 years old and I was "hunting" for an S2000 since my twenties. Sadly the S2000 never officially came to Chile (and Latin-america i guess) and that made this hunting very hard. The only way to get one is by having somebody who lived outside of Chile (Ideally USA) for a long time and then -when returning to Chile- entering his own car to the country.

I finally have an AP1 MY2000 in Silverstone Metallic. Good serviced on engine and basic mechanical things but very bad serviced on others (bushings, engine mounts, chassis, suspension, wheels, soft-top, paint, etc.). Currently working in replacing the old rubbers and worn parts to then start working on chassis and paint. It will be a long and nice journey (imagine how hard is when there are no local stores to get OEM jeje... a nice challenge for sure)

Hello everyone! My name is Matt, live in Nanaimo and own a 2007 NFR S2000. This is my second S2000, my first was a 2003 Rio Yellow back in 2008 and I have had my NFR since 2012. I have used these forums with awesome results and can't thank you all enough for the tremendous amount of information that has been presented and collected over the years. So after 10 years of ownership why join S2KI today after all this time? Well...this is my first forum, my first post and feel like I have something to give back to the S2000 community. There are less S2000's on the road today then yesterday so why not be part of the elite group who own one of the best N.A cars ever built! Hope to meet some of you.

 

New S2000 owner here. I finally got my dream car for my birthday
2004 S2000 in Silverstone Gray/Black-Red interior
32,600 miles when I got it (July 4, now it has 33,650 miles )
Everything bone stock; previous owner didn't utilize it much and wanted to sell it through a consignment dealer
Got it for $18500 cash, reduced the price by $2400

Still has the Honda pre-delivery inspection checklist from November 2003

Looking forward to daily my new baby

 

Juanito506, congrats on your new purchase. I'v own two since 2008 and they are amazing cars. I think you got that car at an amazing price however not sure where your from. In Western Canada, your car with that mileage would be worth over 25k! Plus these cars are appreciating each year .. So keep her clean and you might have a small investment. Welcome to the forums and although new myself, i'm experienced with these cars.
