Just bought silver 04 s2000
Well hello everyone,
Just purchased a stock 04 silver s2000 with 61k on it and am selling my TL. Long time coming as I've wanted one for the last 10 years. Patients is key I guess.
A few starter questions.
1. Where do I get plugs to cover the bolt holes on the front bumper?
2. When the car was sold to the second owner it was Honda certified with the 100K Jan/11 power train warranty. Will that be extended to me?
3. Is the tranny fluid and the clutch fluid the same? I think both need to be changed along with the rear diff.
Thank you!
Rob

Hi rob! And welcome to the forum!
congrats on your s2k.
To answer your questions
1. Bumper plugs can be bought here: http://www.handa-accessories.com/s2000-03ext.html
2. Most likely not, I sell extended warranties and most long term powertain coverages are not transferred to next owner. You will want to check with your dealership though they would be able to answer that.
3. No they use different fluids. Mobil 1 75w-90 in the differential, and Honda MTF-2 in the Transmission is what most people use.
Hope I helped!
Have fun and be safe!
