Just got my '00 S2000
Read the maintenance section. Change all the fluids including the brakes and clutch, they're cheap. Drive the car. It needs none of what you propose although an intake adds a nice induction sound. And the shock tower bar looks great. Looks. There is reputed little chassis improvement.

Spend your money on good tires and maybe move up to 17" staggered like the AP2. Just about everything else on your list has no utility or is for the rice-set. Red hoses?! Red valve cover washers?! What is this? Barbie for Boys!

I'm not looking to do anything too extreme-looking or ricey, but that's in my own opinion. If the bar does absolutely nothing as some have suggested, then I will probably just save the money. I'm glad you are here as a sounding board, thanks for your input!
Is the picture you posted of your S2K? It looks good! Nice and clean. I like how the bar has a bend leaving room for the intake. How do you like the K&N intake? I've read about it, but am always curious about the opinions of actual owners. Where does it draw air from? It's kind of hard to tell from the picture and the "***Official Intake Thread***" doesn't describe how it works.
Also what is your radiator setup?
We all have our preferred ways to spend our disposable income!
Bling is bling and fluff is fluff. Some of us like, some of don't. I was into exotic wood grips on my M1911s for a while too. And my Expedition does have white letter sidewall tires.
My money is in short supply because I have several ways to spent it other than my S2000. Yep, that's my engine bay. The strut may or not add rigidity. Painted the color of the car it's not a bling item and there may be some benefit. The K&N filter at least adds a pleasing intake note to the engine sound and a cold air intake on the normally aspirated S2000 have been demonstrated to add horsepower by the "maaad" experts at Mighty Car Mods.
These guys are working on a S2000 right now did build an 11-second station wagon and are always trying stuff. Cold air did nothing in their tests of FI cars. Worth the cost just for the sound.
Everything else ya see is OEM. Radiator is stock and the same part number for all years as far as I can tell.
I like the understatement of the stock car. I did fit clear side signals as they blend nicely with the silver color of the car. I bought the car used with aftermarket black Einke wheels. Apparently black wheels add horsepower 'cuz I see no other reason for them. These went to a good home and I fitted OEM 17" wheels and Bridgestone RE-11A tires.
I intended to keep the car otherwise stock but Santa brought me an Invidia Q300 exhaust and Berk high flow cat. Once I get heat shield tabs on the cat I'll swap out the exhaust. Look for a barely used system on sale it this is too noisy! Car is as shown in the avatar at present, not a daily driver.
One thing I'm going to do with disposable income (rather than rice it) is take a performance driving course at Mid Ohio this summer. Performance is about the car and driver.

I had to transport my large (85lb) dog in my s. I took out the passenger seat (4 bolts). Easy to do.
I (thankfully) got a daily driver!
As far as transmission fluid; different cars tend to respond to different fluids.
For me;
-Honda MTF was alright
-Amsoil MTF was terrible
-GM Synchromesh has been the best
I think I'll try RedLine's thicker MTF next (I sometimes get a little grind going into 3rd when it's hot).
