1200 miles and now enjoying plus 6000 revs! When I heard they weren't making them any more, I had to buy one. Sold a 350Z coupe and bought a proper roadster (ie not a carved up tintop with added girders) and so far am delighted with my decision, this has to be a future classic. Just have to learn to use the revs and not rely on torque to make swift progress.
This site has proved most useful, but most of the queries/FAQ's relate to older models with not a lot (yet) on 2008/09 MYs. My query is hesitation on initial throttle application at low speeds such as town driving which makes smooth driving difficult/annoying. I tried the dealer's '08 demonstrator and it had a similar effect and of course told this was 'normal'. Maybe it is to do with the 'drive by wire' throttle? Any help/advice on this would be most appreciated as this is spoiling my enjoyment.
Obviously with the roof up you hear a lot more transmission noise, so tell me please if the diff should be quite so pronounced.
Thanks in advance to anyone with any answers.

Welcome!!

Many drive by wire owners complain of the hesitation. There is a modification offered by Hondata that fixes it in the US cars. But I don't believe it is available on 2.0l cars unfortunately.
