Default Life with S2000

Got the S2000 home this morning about 12:00AM and had to take it out for another 15 minutes as my wife drove it home and I had to watch it in the mirror all the way home.

Would someone please tell me what the name of the yellow color for 01 is? I would like to make sure my profile is accurate.

I have pictures in my album...no idea how to put a link here but hopefully someone will clue me in.

BTW...already put the stock hood back on. Needed windshield squirters and didn't want to mess with moving them from the other hood. Also, the stock hood (aluminum?) felt just as light as the carbon and my wife liked the look better. I am going to sell the carbon hood if anyone is interested. Make me an offer.

Gotta go drive some more.

Later.

Rick

Your car is Spa Yellow in the US. It's known as Indy in other places. Your profile is correct here at s2ki.

The stock hood is Aluminum, and very light as you said. The folks who get CF do so primarily for looks. The rest of the body is steel (including, I think, the trunk lid).

Welcome aboard!!!!

BTW, as a member of the site, now, you can sell your hood in the For Sale forum.

I thought Spa and Indy were actually different.

Well, yes.

"SPA" is spelled differently than "INDY" is.
