post them in your other post. No need to make another thread in intros.
I'm new to the forum and made the mistake of making a new post instead of adding to my current. Not sure how to delete this one.

2657 lbs, 250 whp @ 16 psi OR 2800 lbs, 200 whp @ 0 psi, a used comptech supercharger ($2000-$3500) at 5.5 psi will put you at 300 whp. but oh well, you seem very biased towards the mr2 anyways, so i'd bet you'll just keep your current car rather than jumping to any other car on the market...

I read the Mr2 Turbo weighs 2800 lbs and the non-turbo weighs 26xx lbs.I know we have the Motor Trend article here. Is this Mr2 turbo a limited edition version?

yes, s2k do feel total awesome in a different way.
I think s2k its a very well balanced car to drive.
I do recommended that you sit in one or ask other s2k owner around your area to give you a ride or let you drive it.
That will be the best because if you ask how it feel, a lot of the time it will be personal opinion and you might not feel the same.

Probably won't make a difference every time someone tries to post an opinion about another car he comes back with "blah blah mr2 is gods gift to earth" Ya we get it, the cars fast, brakes good and cheap to make fast. Then stick with it.

I'm soo sorry I didn't come from a chevy cavalier and did a little research before buying my last car.
To make all parties happy (mostly me) I'd like to keep my current car and have an S2k, the only problem being who gets the garage. I just wanted to know if the S2k compared on all levels as my current car. I have developed a standard based on learning about different platforms. I chose a balanced, light, turbo charged reliable car. I'm sorry if that put your beloved car in perspective. I'm an educated shopper, and trying to further that nature.
I just wanted to know what to expect and to see where it would put me based on my current situation.

I don't really know what he wants from us. He keeps saying stuff about a Mr2, but then says he wants a S2000. Then he says, "Oh, the MR2 does this." Ok? Are you trying to get us to force you upon opinion to get an S2000? What do you want? We have said more than enough about advantages and disadvantages. Yet you keep talking about how your MR2 can do this and that. Stick with the MR2 then? Whats the problem?

You decide that yourself. Do we need to tell you who to vote for politically next term? You are one confusing human being.

Like BBP said...find a local..and take a ride in it. You'll know then. You've done your homework. I bought mine on the fact it's a Honda and I can hook "S--T" up to it amongst other things.

And my wife says the S2000 looks way better than the MR2..she just wishes I didn't add anything to it.
